Friday evening organised dinner

It will be up on the 28th floor on a tower used to rebroadcast Swedish television and radio, with a magnificent view of the whole city from above, in Kaknastornet.

The menu for that evening include:

Starter:
Reindeer Carpaccio
with sliced Västerbotten cheese onions and porcini mushroom crème

Main courses
Black angus striploin
Beef with roasted portabello, asparagus with bearnaise and borderlaise

As with the Thursday event, you will have to cover the cost of beverages and there will be vegetarian alternatives too.
